One POST per message, to a person or a group. Kirima paces sends per device: a burst goes out at once, a flood is smoothed out, and your number stays safer.
Every incoming message is POSTed to your webhook as JSON, signed with HMAC-SHA256 and retried with backoff until you answer 2xx. Your team can also read and reply in the browser.

No. Kirima connects your own WhatsApp number over the multi-device protocol, so there is no application form or approval queue. Kirima is an independent product and is not affiliated with WhatsApp.
Each device has its own webhook URL. Incoming messages are POSTed to it as JSON with an X-Kirima-Signature header you can verify, and retried with backoff until your endpoint answers 2xx.
Secrets are stored as hashes and shown exactly once, when created. Keys are scoped to sending or reading only, and you can rotate or revoke one at any time. Revocation takes effect immediately.
The send is refused with a clear error naming your plan and its limit. Nothing is dropped silently. Upgrade the plan and the same request goes through.
Message history is kept for 90 days by default, and the retention window is configurable per deployment. Your chat list itself is never pruned.
